All orders are subject to product availability.

 

Shipping


If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

This is the standard delivery timeframe upon your order:

  1. Your instrument gets checked and packed with accessories. The package goes to our shipping partner. (1-2 business days) Some products may take longer time to process, which will be stated on their product pages.
  2. Your package receives a tracking ID. (1-2 business days)
  3. Your package gets picked up by carrier and travel all the way to your door step. (7-14 natural days)
  4. Orders involving customisations may take 7-14 business days to dispatch to the shipping partner.

 

Additional taxes and charges 


Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible to handle all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties.

⚠️ Please note: If your order is being delivered to a remote or extended service area (as defined by our shipping partners), additional charges may apply.

 

This applies even if your order qualifies for free shipping.

If your address is in a remote zone, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm any additional costs.


We’ll always be transparent, and you can choose to proceed or cancel if the surcharge is higher than expected.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

If you wish to avoid the step of paying duty, you could choose DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping if it is available to your destination.
